Natchez Sound Studio – Terms & Conditions

By booking or attending a session at Natchez Sound Studio, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully within the facility. No smoking, vaping, illegal substances, or open flames are permitted anywhere inside the building. Clients are responsible for the behavior of all guests they invite into the studio. Any damage to equipment, instruments, furnishings, or the property caused by a client or their guests will be the financial responsibility of the client (“you break it, you buy it”). We reserve the right to end any session without refund if conduct becomes unsafe, illegal, or disruptive.

All bookings require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your session date, with the remaining balance due at the start of the session. Session time begins at the scheduled start time, and late arrivals will not extend or alter the booking window. Additional time beyond the agreed session length is billed at our posted hourly rate. Due to the nature of studio scheduling and preparation, all payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

By entering the premises, you acknowledge and accept that participation in recording sessions and use of studio equipment is at your own risk. Natchez Sound Studio, its owners, and staff are not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property while on site. You grant permission for reasonable behind-the-scenes photo or video documentation unless you request otherwise in writing prior to your session. By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
